• Sie Verwalten und steuern die Produktpalette von Ersatzteilen innerhalb des Melk- und Fütterungsportfolios, um eine aktive Unterstützung für eine bestimmte Region / ein bestimmtes Land (R & C) sicherzustellen.
• Kontinuierliche Unterstützung der zugeordneten lokalen Organisationen bei Fragestellungen zu den aktuellen Produkten im Hinblick auf technische und vertriebliche Spezifikationen.
• Unterstützung des Produkt-Managements bei der Optimierung bestehender und der Entwicklung neuer Produkte.
• Eigenverantwortlich für Sonderprojekte (z.B. iBase Erstellung, NPS Survey…..)
• Planung, Koordination, Organisation und Realisierung von Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsorganisationen.
• Kaufmännische, technische, organisatorische und allgemeine Marktunterstützung für Ersatzteile.
• Support zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und Unterstützung zur Erhöhung der Auftragseingänge- und Verkaufsziele
