As a Market Team Manager or “MTM” you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers while Collaborating with your Area Manager to improve hotel availability and supply. You will also build quantity and quality reports on results and performance for information support to Booking.com BV in order to meet the demands of the visitors on our website.

B.SKILLED

• 2-4 years of experience in a comparable management function
• Fluent in English and German
• Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry;
• Enthusiastic, sense of responsibility, friendly and ability to work independently;
• Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
• Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
• Self starter who enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;
• Business focused with positive attitude
• University background preferred;
• Driver license;
• Availability to travel 30% of the time
