QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice marketing.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in generating referrals and achieving targets is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills: The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • A compassionate approach: Deep understanding and empathy for the hospice care industry and the ability to convey this to potential referral sources.
  • Bachelor’s degree: Related field preferred.

Responsibilities:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Experienced Hospice Marketer, you will play a critical role in promoting and expanding our hospice services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives: Create and execute marketing strategies to increase hospice referrals and brand awareness.
  • Establish and nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to foster a consistent stream of referrals.
  • Organize and participate in events: Coordinate and participate in events, workshops, and presentations to educate the community about our hospice services.
  • Monitor and analyze referral metrics: Track referral data and work towards a target of at least 10 referrals per month, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve this goal.
  • Collaborate with the management team: Work closely with the management team to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the hospice marketing landscape.
  • Provide regular reports: Prepare and deliver reports on marketing efforts, successes, and areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
