Undertaking appropriate marketing techniques such as digital marketing, literature, point-of-sale, merchandising and customer loyalty, to increase the profile and maximise sales income the portfolio of catering operations within H&E (Hospitality and Events) in agreement with/under the direction of the Head of Marketing, whilst liaising with other colleagues from within the H&E team for planning and implementing marketing activity, and thereby optimising sales with all H & E areas.
