About the Role:

Marketing strategy & execution

  • Trusted advisor: Act as a lead advisor & internal relationship manager focusing on a number of portfolios/campaigns; providing strategic direction to the business on their Marketing strategy.
  • Strategy & planning: Work with key stakeholders to create, lead and deliver a Marketing plan that aligns with business strategy and financial objectives.
  • Campaign planning & management: Design the brief, develop project plans, set timelines and work with the broader team (events, design, digital and PR) to execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple marketing channels targeting various segments by account, function, and industry.
  • Communications: Develop and execute effective and targeted communication plans including writing, proofing and editorial of collateral and thought leadership copy; development of relevant assets including videos, social posts and blogs by working with the wider Marketing department or external vendors.
  • Reporting & measurement: Manage and review progress; ensuring campaign impact is tracked and measured to inform future strategy.

Operational efficiency

  • Process & governance: Embed structures to enable commercial focus and reduce time on lower priority tasks.
  • Stakeholder management: work in a highly collaborative environment and build positive relationships with direct management and senior executives.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage to deliver the plan.

About You:

  • A strategic marketer with a commercial focus
  • An ability to align activity to drive overarching brand strategy and ambition
  • Project management – ability to effectively manage a large number of marketing and business development activities and deliver in a complex matrix environment
  • Excellent communicator - ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders and external vendors
  • Influencing skills - ability to put views across clearly and have confidence to challenge senior people whilst demonstrating the ability to communicate with clarity, brevity and impact
  • Ability to interpret and develop an understanding of technical subject matter

Experience:

  • Extensive strategic marketing experience ideally within a professional services environment
  • Key account engagement planning – experience in creating programmes that strengthen client relationships
  • Designing and overseeing the implementation of integrated marketing plans.
  • Degree and/or equivalent qualified
  • Proven track record of working in a complex, matrix or multi-faceted environment
