Responsibilities:

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN A SIMILAR B2B ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE, WITH EXPERIENCE OF MARKETING AND IDEALLY EVENTS.

An exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned Entertainment company as a Marketing Account Manager.
You will work as part of an established Commercial Account Services team to deliver tailored campaigns and events to clients.

THE ROLE:

  • Own the client experience from start to end of the event co-ordinating the various stages of the services the client provide.
  • Achieve sales revenue in assigned territories to achieve yearly personal and company sales target
  • Thoroughly research and qualify leads and clients to clearly establish client budget and sales potential.
  • Position and sell the company services adhering to brand guidelines.
  • On a daily basis review and qualify territory inbound leads from Salesforce.
  • Follow up on leads ensuring accurate and detailed inputting and upkeep of all Salesforce data
  • Responsive to client queries and requests within service level agreed timings
  • Organise telephone calls, meetings and follow up calls as required.
  • Liaise with clients providing account management services, taking a brief, creation of quotes, negotiation of sale, closure of sale, creating of contract, invoice and post event management
  • Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
