Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, communicates effectively, collaborates, instills trust and self-development.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and experience with budgeting process
- Prior SAP experience would be an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Well-developed problem solving skills
- Ability and disposition to take initiative
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support with day to day activities.
- Review email, identifying actions required and taking action where appropriate.
- Maintain and coordinate calendar of appointments.
- Processing invoices, expenses, reimbursements as well as ordering office supplies and making travel arrangements as well as itinerary management.
- Maintain monthly budget tracking and work with Purolator’s financial management system Ariba
- Set up and maintain various reports, running reports as well as report consolidation and preparation in various formats.
- Meeting preparation including, agendas, room preparation, equipment, etc.
- Reviewing presentations, proof reading and verifying 100% accurate.
- Will maintain high level of professionalism in dealing with all internal and external customers.
- Independently follow up on stakeholder action items identified during meetings
- Manage documentation repositories as assigned i.e. MS SharePoint for major projects
- Maintain relationships with major vendors and streamline administration with Purolator stakeholders
- Other duties as required
