Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of customer focus, communicates effectively, collaborates, instills trust and self-development.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and experience with budgeting process
  • Prior SAP experience would be an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Ability and disposition to take initiative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support with day to day activities.
  • Review email, identifying actions required and taking action where appropriate.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar of appointments.
  • Processing invoices, expenses, reimbursements as well as ordering office supplies and making travel arrangements as well as itinerary management.
  • Maintain monthly budget tracking and work with Purolator’s financial management system Ariba
  • Set up and maintain various reports, running reports as well as report consolidation and preparation in various formats.
  • Meeting preparation including, agendas, room preparation, equipment, etc.
  • Reviewing presentations, proof reading and verifying 100% accurate.
  • Will maintain high level of professionalism in dealing with all internal and external customers.
  • Independently follow up on stakeholder action items identified during meetings
  • Manage documentation repositories as assigned i.e. MS SharePoint for major projects
  • Maintain relationships with major vendors and streamline administration with Purolator stakeholders
  • Other duties as required
