Description:

SUMMARY

The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator provides essential support for the company President and other office staff as assigned, to ensure they can effectively and efficiently execute key company strategies, initiatives, and tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a combination of marketing and administrative role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a broad range of marketing and administrative assistance, such as writing and editing communications, marketing copy and materials, research summaries, writing reports and responses to RFP’s and RFQ’s.
  • Assist in the development and execution of company branding, marketing, back office, and operational strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and files.
  • Manage calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing important tasks, organizing meetings, and answering and responding to phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinates office and facility related supplies and maintenance; and
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
