Description:
We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team in March/April 2024. If you are passionate about MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR and eager to contribute, we invite you to submit your resume for further consideration.
Job Requirements:
1. Media Marketing
o Proficient in using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta Business, Google Drive) to create captivating captions, eye-catching posters, and engaging videos.
o Responsible for posting promotional materials and boosting advertisements twice a week.
o Skilled in handling inquiries and discussions via marketing channels.
o Active on social media and adept at managing online expectations.
o Demonstrates creativity and adapts well to ongoing trends.
o Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Bonus points if you can communicate in Mandarin and Malay.
2. Administration Affairs
o Efficiently adapts to administrative processes, including order management, packing, and coordination with the admin team.
o Able to differentiate between various items to address clinic inquiries effectively.
o Familiar with commonly used terms related to clinics and non-clinical matters.
o Provides professional and understanding responses via email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
o Acquainted with inventory systems and locations.
o Understands invoicing procedures.
o Handles document preparation, lamination, and printing as needed.
o Submits daily reports promptly.
o Maintains positive relationships with clinics, doctors, and colleagues.
o Ensures a clean office environment and promotes mutual respect.
3. Product Training & Fitting
o Willingness to learn and master the basics of the products we offer.
o Participates in training sessions to enhance soft skills and product knowledge.
o Confidently communicates, fits, and manages client expectations.
o Thrives in a fast-paced environment and perseveres through challenges.
o Familiar with clinic-consigned items, their locations, and associated terms.
