Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us develop and maintain the relationship with publishers, plan and track commercial campaigns and support our Affiliate Marketing vertical’s growth by improving constantly our internal processes.
This role requires an individual with strong affiliate marketing background, e-commerce knowledge, with fantastic negotiation skills and demonstrated success with large-scale partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and engaged team player with the ability to influence other teams and functions at diverse levels.
In this role, you will help create, define, and refine our affiliate network marketing strategy in the APAC region, reporting to the Global Head of Affiliate and collaborating closely to the global affiliate team in Europe.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO

  • Manage close relationships with publishers & networks and define dedicated commercial strategies to drive performance and hit targets.
  • Analysis of performance to generate insights and determine actions plans, KPIs achievement and develop publisher’s growth.
  • Come up with new and innovative ways to work with affiliate partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers for incremental reach
  • Own campaign management and distribution
  • Collaborate cross functionally with teams like finance, campaign, product and analytics to build new initiatives to support our team’s projects.Represent Trip.com at industry events, meeting with publishers and affiliate networks partners, if required.
