Responsibilities:

PURPOSE/ MISSION

The Marketing Analyst supports the construction and monitoring of the plans of the brands, enhancing and developing them in each of the territories or divisions, through the analysis of the markets, clients, shoppers and competition in order to achieve the objectives determined along with the commercial team and each of the platforms and/or brands.
He/she must be a person with great analytical skills, orientation to success, and capable of applying skills that can help us to continue innovating in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of the brand’s marketing plan, in accordance with the established guidelines.
  • Carry out periodic monitoring according to the KPIs and marketing plans to evaluate the results and support the actions and initiatives necessary to achieve a better performance of the brands in the market, increasing customer acquisition.
  • Support the development and structuring of product value chains, by checking prices and evaluating competition.
  • Control the indicators of the brands in charge in order to facilitate decision making and evaluations within CUSA and with the brands.
  • Support the launch of new products and follow up on new products to achieve the goal defined in NP36 (% of sales of new products in the last 36 months).

    Investigate secondary sources (online, government, etc.) that allow us to identify opportunities in the market to develop our channels, customers and shoppers. Coordinate panels with customers and shoppers to evaluate products and structure the reports defined based on the results obtained.

  • Analyze, interpret and propose actions based on studies contracted by brands or companies such as NIELSEN, CLARITAS, etc.

  • Schedule market visits in order to plan, verify and adjust the defined strategies with the teams.
  • Develop suppliers that allow us to strengthen our strategies and consolidate the objectives set.
  • Review supplier invoices.
  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager and Brand Manager in the consolidation of reports and indicators of the area.
