The Marketing Analyst role is part of our Media Analytics team, responsible for the monitoring, analysis & trading decisions around brand marketing channels (digital and offline). This team, as part of our holistic Commercial Planning & Trading unit, plays a key role in the commercial business steering and ensures that a triple digit yearly budget is invested in support of our growth ambitions and strategic priorities. Media Analytics operates in close collaboration with commercial, marketing, product & engineering colleagues across the company to deliver relevant business insights in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You perform analyses on various data sources (e.g. DWH, GA) with a focus on connecting the dots between brand marketing investments and their impact
  • You contribute to the development and implementation of measurement frameworks and products to capture the effectiveness of Brand Marketing investments. This includes suitable marketing and business KPI selection, benchmarking as well as leveraging your statistical knowledge for the conceptualization of new measurement solutions
  • You drive the creation and maintenance of automated self service reporting solutions for our stakeholders and collaborate closely with tech and product teams to ensure data availability and consistency (including quality assurance analysis)
  • You are the stakeholder interface for the Marketing & Trading teams for a selected set of markets to ensure continuous, aligned trading decisions and provide them with actionable analyses and deep dives around marketing activities. For these markets you also create investment proposals which support our strategic business goals and align & validate their impact on growth, profitability and our operations
  • You function as a sparring partner for the Brand Marketing (Design, Marketing & Content) teams on analytics and measurement topics, and enable them to effectively leverage analytical resources for decision-making
