Our opportunity
As Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Development division. As a subject matter expert, they will enhance the analytical capabilities of sales, marketing, and customer teams, facilitating easier access and deeper analysis of customer and campaign data. Collaborating with digital marketing, operations teams, and our paid media buying agency, the Analyst will consolidate data from various sources, develop intuitive dashboards, and extract actionable insights. By providing greater visibility into Mirvac’s sales and marketing performance, the Analyst will empower teams to make informed decisions, ultimately driving improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dashboards and data visualisations in Power BI
Work closely with key stakeholders and SMEs in confirming scope and building out technical requirements
Partner with the Data team to identify and ingest new data sources into Mirvac’s data warehouse and functionality for the Sales & Marketing team
Analyse and model data from various sources (e.g. CRM, paid media, surveys, email marketing, social media etc.) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and repeat purchase
Create and evaluate methods for gathering data, including surveys, interviews, questionnaires and opinion polls
Lead the creation of dashboards/visualizations from disparate sources to provide high level insights for key reports such as DLT, ELT and Board papers
To work closely with Group Customer on Voice of Customer and complaints reporting
Train key users and SMEs to confidently use Data and Analytics in driving efficiencies and benefits across the company
Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to influence and gain support for projects and initiatives
Assist with effective governance over our customer data and processes
Problem solve challenges with Digital Marketing and Operations team and SMEs and coordinate business process or system changes with relevant stakeholders
Communicate any issues or challenges to agreed schedules and deliverables to National Manager, Digital Strategy and discuss possible solutions/options
Develop robust documentation to capture business requirements, implemented solution, and areas for improvement
Stay up to date on latest functionalities across the digital sales and marketing platforms and Power BI in particular
Competency working with SQL and with data warehouses such as Snowflake
Your point of difference
You will have demonstrated Data and Analytics experience including expertise in Visualisation tools (Power BI preferred), Business & marketing intelligence tools (Datorama, Tableau), Web analytics systems (GA4 preferred), Customer Research & Insights, Experience in digital performance preferred.
You will have a strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling and data visualization techniques. You will be a problem-solver with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Naturally, you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills; and be able to work collaboratively with others.
