We are excited to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team at our Franktown, CO corporate location. We are actively interviewing qualified candidates for a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Franktown, CO.
Position Summary:
Drives Monarch’s digital marketing effectiveness, both locally and on a national scale, via deep data analysis, system audits, strength/weakness assessment, summary reporting, and solution proposals. Uses discretion and independent judgment to initiate/create/develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of various tools and strategies transforming raw data into valuable marketing and enrollment insights aimed at improving the experience of customers, including multifamily prospects and residents.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a field related to data analytics
  • 1-2 years of experience working in marketing data analysis, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Basic knowledge of web design and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Data Studio, and Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with internal team and regional leadership to ensure all available digital marketing resources are being maximized and all digital marketing efforts drive performance
  • Builds and assesses the effectiveness of implemented attribution models, developing and presenting solutions, improvements, and/or alternatives as needed
  • Audits current and tests new digital marketing systems
  • Delivers results, regular reporting, and data-driven recommendations of/for A/B testing of websites, landing pages, digital touchpoints, and all creative assets
  • Manages all aspects of reputation management platforms, providing accurate reporting, troubleshooting, and support service
  • Ensures rigorous quality control over all related data, analyses, and metrics, including ongoing evaluation of contributing data accuracy, workflow processes, and all other aspects
  • Performs ad hoc data analysis and reporting as needed, including but not limited to ROI analysis, benchmarking, and KPI YoY analysis, and monthly marketing reports
  • Identifies opportunities to improve upon data collection, analysis, and identification of red flags and action items, making solution proposals as needed
  • Masters existing company technology and assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technology tools to enhance the modeling, analysis, and reporting of financial information
