Overview:
Cox Automotive is searching for a talented Remote Marketing Analyst, preferrably located in Atlanta, GA, Draper, UT, or Mission, KS. We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill our Marketing Analytics role. This individual will leverage advanced analytical skills to create analyses with tailored insights and visualizations that tell the story with data and provide actionable recommendations. This individual should have a passion for data and a collaborative spirit to create solutions with key stakeholders. In essence, this individual will help evolve and innovate our current methods of measurement and attribution framework to provide deeper insights & opportunities to optimize.

This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the Remote Marketing Analyst:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance metrics, including but not limited to conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to the marketing team and key stakeholders
  • Develop robust dashboards within our B.I. platform, allowing team members to self-serve campaign performance
  • Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various marketing channels on customer acquisition and conversion
  • Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to identify and target key customer segments, maximizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Build predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes, customer behavior, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Product, to understand business objectives and align analytics efforts accordingly
  • Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations for A/B test, and provide deep-dive performance analyses
  • Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications of the Remote Marketing Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years working as a marketing analyst
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of marketing channels; email, paid search, display, media, social, etc
  • Experience with BI tools, data analysis, data visualization, audience segmentation, attribution modeling
  • Experience working in BI tools, and complex database systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
