Description:

Nemours is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist (hybrid/remote) to join our Nemours Children’s Health team in Wilmington, DE.
Nemours Children’s Health Digital Analytics team is growing and seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist. We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Digital Analytics team.
As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and initiatives. You will play a critical role in optimizing marketing performance, improving campaign effectiveness, analyzing brand and reputation, and maximizing ROI across various channels.
The ideal candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate previous successes in improving marketing performance in previous work experiences. Ideally based in Delaware, we are open to hybrid or remote workers, but the candidate is expected to work east coast hours.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of Marketing Analytic experience required; 7+ preferre

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and analyze marketing data from multiple sources, including digital platforms, CRM systems, advertising campaigns, and market research.
  2. Develop and own reporting dashboards and data visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor marketing metrics.
  3. Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in marketing data, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  4. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives, and recommend optimizations based on performance insights.
  5. Segment and analyze customer data to identify target audiences, understand behavior patterns, and personalize marketing communications.
  6. Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.
  7. Provide regular reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
