We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics & Strategy Lead to help drive the growth of SPREAD’s platform, apps, and solutions in our target industries. You’ll be part of our growing and small-but-mighty Marketing team.
You’re the ideal candidate for this role if you’re driven, analytical, strategically-thinking, solution-driven, fun, and curious about the latest trends in Automotive or Engineering, Software, and have a knack for Marketing.
Bonus points if you enjoy Formula 1, puzzles, karaoke, etc.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s (preferred: Masters/MBA) degree in Business, Business Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business, marketing analytics, pricing, market/competitive intelligence, customer research, or technology analysis roles in a startup/scale-up environment, VC/PE/investment firm, or top strategy consultancy.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights using tools like MS Excel, Tableau/PowerBI.
Strong strategic thinking and conceptual skills with experience in go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and offer design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and convincingly in MS Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Proficiency in customer, market & competitor research methods and tools, data analysis software, and financial modeling.
Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives with senior stakeholders and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Optional but helpful: Experience working with automotive and industrial customers, ideally in engineering.
