ABOUT US:

Wilson Medic One provides medical services in the areas of patient transport, healthcare training, medical placements, and event medical solutions.
The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping this growing business by getting involved in all commercial aspects of the business and providing management with business insights.
The candidate will be trained on all aspects of each business stream and will work closely with the Operation Leads to improve the performance of each stream.
The candidate will also assist in building costing models for new businesses and be part of the team rolling out a new Group ERP.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preparing customer or client-facing documents.
• Proven expertise and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated experience and capability with graphic design programs such as Canva.
• Highly organized and able to understand the ‘why’ behind each task.
• Essential experience with social media marketing, with a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of technology.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Business or administration qualifications are highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Commercial Services and supporting the CEO, this role encompasses a variety of general tasks and projects. Beyond handling calls and inquiries, the position serves as the central coordinating point for all marketing efforts, including social media and other platforms.
The successful candidate will create PowerPoint presentations and other materials for both internal and external stakeholders and will act as the custodian of the Wilson Medic One brand in the marketplace.
We are seeking an individual with leadership qualities who has the potential to grow into a full sales and marketing role, marketing our services to B2G, B2B, and B2C customers.
