Description:

Provide services as a Marketing and Analytics Strategist in support of the overall functions of the Office of the Director (OD) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This positions requires a foundational background in marketing, brand management and/or campaign development so they can advise the program on developing plans and strategies for delivering research program information directly to participants. It will be necessary for this individual to work collaboratively across the program, including with senior leadership and program partners, to offer data-driven communications and program recommendations, help identify strategy gaps and evidence-based solutions, and provide the consortium with actionable insights to improve their communications campaign performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Marketing Research, Communications and Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Skilled in MS Office.
  • Experience with Outreach Activities.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze delivery metrics and participant feedback to provide recommendations for optimizing future communications initiatives and campaigns. 3
  • Collaborate with program staff to develop email and SMS marketing strategies, as well as, A/B testing strategies for multiple forms of communication.
  • Advise on strategic communication and outreach plans based on marketing analytics best practices.
  • Utilize digital analytics search engine optimization metrics to maximize the effectiveness of digital content and communications to improve user experience and online program service delivery.
  • Develop baseline metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), measure and report content performance, and provide recommendations for optimizing the delivery of content to meet the intended audience and goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for integrating messaging into product updates and/or initiatives.
  • Harmonize analytics dashboards across the program to ensure accurate monitoring of communications messaging.
  • Conduct keyword research and provide recommendations for local and national paid media campaigns, as needed.
  • Monitor PPSC communications implementation to provide quality assurance in coordination with All of Us Comms and Technology Team collaborators.
  • Monitor compliance/change management of communications assets supporting the program in use across PPSC message delivery systems.
  • Ensure that requests are tracked, processed and closed in a timely manner.
  • Support the PPSC, Communications web team, and partner groups to implement lead generation pages and microsites.
  • Advise on the development of program marketing funnels for national and partner communications support. 1
