The Marketing and Communications Assistant role which sits within Kingswood’s Client Experience Team is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to learn, develop and make a difference in a fast-growing business.
A unique opportunity to work and develop our IBOSS brand and support the wider Kingswood business. You will be able to experience a diverse and fast paced role supporting the business and our end clients.
In your role you will support, assist and lead on the full suite of marketing and client experience-related activities as required, including internal and external communications, client research and PR

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development and delivery of key marketing activity, such as social media content, brochureware, presentations across our IBOSS brand and wider Kingswood functions
  • Design, coordinate and facilitate client survey logistics and client feedback, including providing response analysis to relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Support in designing and delivering the communications for IBOSS and Kingswood business including but not limited to direct client communication, B2B communication, email campaign management
  • Co-ordinate the organisation of client events and collaborate on marketing brochureware
  • Support the client workstream through our acquisitions, ensuring we have client front and center when growing our unified business
  • Maintain and develop, in coordination with the wider marketing team, the internal intranet and systems to enhance internal colleague communication and feedback
  • Support the development and deployment of key client communications including letterheads, newsletters and brochureware
