Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator executes OTE’s Marketing, Social Media and Communication Strategies. Their main responsibility is managing the online representation of the Over The Edge brand through the company’s social networks and Website.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports OTE’s Inbound sales initiative through the creation and identification of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and transition of them through Sales Qualified leads (SQL).
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years in a social media marketing
- communications role
- Solid experience with Google Analytics, SEO
- social media reporting
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Define
- support overall social media
- communications strategy
- Assist in training and managing other team members, including student interns and consultants
- Client/Participant interviews
- Video creation
- Website maintenance and updating
- OTE store management and promotion
- KPI and statistics reporting
- Campaign debriefs review meeting
- Stakeholder testimonial collection for story content and sharing
- Creation & distribution of OTE Impact reports to identified stakeholders
- Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, including monthly sales objectives and initiatives
- Professional development seminars/workshops/courses
- Newsletter/blog content creation and sharing
- Hosting client webinars
