ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications professional to join our world-class team. Working within the exciting Entertainment aspect of our business, you will support the wider Communications team. You will:

  • Provide marketing support to the Live Events and Partnerships team and assist in the day-to-day management of our theatre partners.
  • Manage and monitor theatre digital assets, channels and partner activations.
  • Manage relevant social media channels and drive targeted strategies.
  • Create and implement promotional plans and calendars.
  • Assist with issues management for certain events, or in response to patron enquiries.
  • Respond to feedback via social media and other digital channels.
  • Collate post-event feedback to be shared with the wider business.
  • Develop promotional material, surveys and other content aligned with marketing plans.
  • Proactively identify positive public relations opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Live Event promoters and ticketing partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Marketing/Communications qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing/communications experience.
  • Basic experience using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Basic experience using Adobe Illustrator (bonus but not essential).
  • Understanding of social media marketing for business, and how best to engage and learn from your audience.
  • Demonstrated experience using Facebook Business Manager to launch ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience using Google Ad Manager to launch paid digital campaigns.
  • Understanding Google Analytics, usage and interpretation.
  • Working knowledge of social media publishing platforms (Meltwater social content management platform ‘Engage’ a plus).
  • Working knowledge of CRM, CMS and EDM systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in either account management, online customer service or social media community management beneficial. Basic video editing skills by Premiere Pro (bonus but not essential).
