Description:
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A natural storyteller with a passion for creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Possesses a strong understanding of finance and can extract key findings from recurring reports.
- Data-driven and utilizes analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clean and clear slides for any occasion.
- An excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in the market research industry
- Language skills: English- Level C1
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS):
- Experience in a marketing role
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Graphic design skills
Responsibilities:
- Keep all commercial materials up to date, aligning content with the latest developments and ensuring it adheres to Ipsos branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to facilitate internal communications, targeting various layers including champions, members of the dedicated MS Teams channel, and all those registered on Ipsos.Digital.
- Oversee the coordination of quarterly internal Ipsos.Digital webinars, including agenda setting, content creation, speaker alignment, and event hosting.
- Work with Ipsos.Digital top management to develop content for major events where Ipsos.Digital can contribute, such as regional/global conferences and client events/webinars.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and ensure regular communication across various channels, including internal platforms, materials for colleagues to share on LinkedIn, and posts on behalf of Ipsos.Digital on the Ipsos LinkedIn page.
- Monitor competitor news and disseminate a curated list of relevant updates internally.
- Regularly update the competitive intelligence deck with new capabilities and a SWOT analysis comparing competitors to Ipsos.Digital.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Conduct research projects on Ipsos.Digital to support various initiatives, such as demos, social media content, and client events.
- Create and maintain a marketing activities calendar that outlines recurring interactions with key Ipsos.Digital stakeholders.
