In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary for this position is $62,600. St. John’s University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
This position may be relocated to any of St. John’s University’s physical locations at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project intake, workflow, calendar, and outputs for the Marketing and Communications department.
- Collaborate with constituents to create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
- Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
- Prepare, deliver, formal, and edit marketing materials (both digital and physical}.
- Work with constituents to identify and execute email campaigns and invitations.
- Assist with social media and digital outreach.
- Manage CRM database and facilitate both targeted and mass mailings (email and physical mail).
- Coordinate event related marketing materials with students, faculty, and staff.
- Serve as content project manager for the Law School’s website and collaborate with department liaisons to ensure that website updates are completed within established timelines.
- Review web content to identify storytelling opportunities to promote and engage prospective students, scholars, alumni, and other visitors.
- Provide oversight and make recommendations for best practices for user experience, usability, SEO, accessibility, and digital analytics.
- Keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology
- Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other related duties.
