Job Description
As the Marketing and Content Coordinator, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by supporting the Marketing and Content function.
You are also responsible for managing and supporting the local social media channels, local area marketing, activations and general marketing tasks.
You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful as the Marketing and Content Coordinator, you would have an excellent understanding of the marketing discipline and social media, including handling many copy workstreams, daily publishing and execution of digital content.
You have worked in retail or creative agencies with creation of marketing content for digital channels. In addition, we believe you have strong customer centric and commercial focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Based on global guidelines and brand tone of voice, proofread all translated and SEO related copy and make necessary adjustments to secure a relevant message for customers in the local market
  • Be fully immersed in the local daily customer communications plan and stay informed in detail about the latest global channel strategies, brand identity, tone of voice, playbooks, formats and templates
  • Publish global and local content on local social pages (Facebook) aligning with local and global content.
  • Point of contact for Customer Service and PR in case of negative customer engagement in social media and crisis handling. Involve relevant stakeholders to take actions accordingly.
  • Create, write copy for internal communications related to store information, shop info, local customer communication needs etc.
  • Key point of contact for local area marketing and key external partners
  • Execution of local marketing events and in store activations
  • Set follow up KPIs and goals for organic social content
  • Conduct analysis on how the organic social content performs and suggest recommendations or changes to organic content
  • Reporting and follow up on all projects
