Responsibilities:

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design in-house collateral including flyers, menus, posters and hotel screen banners
  • Manage the e-newsletter plan, development and EDMs for hotel products and services, ensuring regular and timely distribution to relevant guest channels.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing and PR activity and results.
  • Manage the supply chain and timelines of print projects including costs, design and copy
  • Manage hotel communications including signage for public spaces, elevator screens, in-room TVs, in-room screens and drafting in-room guest letters
  • Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed
  • With the assistance of Marketing & PR Manager, brief media plans, write creative briefs and retouching briefs
  • Manage and update content on the company’s website and mobile app
  • Manage and ensure up-to-date information on hotel and partner websites
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
  • Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Be a brand ambassador to Four Seasons at all times, both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts.
