JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee NEB’s marketing activities and campaigns. A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and having experience with SalesForce and Pardot will be an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role, experience in the biotech industry will be advantageous
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, experience with Pardot will be advantageous
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of Salesforce will be advantageous
  • Good understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, biotech or relevant field

Responsibilities:

MARKETING OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
  • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Successful applicant will also perform customer service role and assist with operations when needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products working together with Key Account Managers
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material, using template from HQ in the USA and blast through Pardot
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Research for appropriate freebies and gift packs for customers
  • Support channel partners in Asia Pac region with marketing needs which includes coordinating and sending them catalogs, marketing brochures, freebies, gift packs
  • Assist to organize annual Asia Pac Channel Partners Meeting in the region
