JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Design Associate designs marketing materials and assets across all channels. This individual has a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout aesthetics, applies our visual brand identity, and communicates our brand message effectively. Additionally, Marketing & Design Associate keeps the growing number of marketing assets well organized and supports the associated administrative needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Required computer skills:
• Advanced Adobe InDesign (incl. PDF extraction settings and optimization)
• Proficient Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Advanced MS PowerPoint
• Proficient MS Word & Excel

• MS Visio, Lucidchart or similar
• Final Cut or similar motion graphics/video editing programs
• Template design for Marketing Automation solutions (ActOn, Marketo, etc.)
• web design/CSSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2-4 years of related work experience after graduation
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

• Design support
• Support content updates in InDesign files and document collation
• Design collateral aligned with our brand guidelines
• Create visuals for various Marketing channels, including collateral, ads, social, infographics, web, email, etc.
• Create/edit PowerPoint presentations
• Other design support as needed

General department and administrative support

• Maintain organization of Marketing Assets and files across multiple platforms
• Organize and maintain published materials archive on Marketing Drive
• Research, order, and manage promo items, and maintain inventory
• Update, order, and manage business cards enterprise-wide
• Compile and distribute internal Marketing Activities report Monthly
• Assist with survey set-up
• Meet the production or performance objectives & goals set forth by management
• Other duties/projects as assigned
