Job Description
Based in the Mascot office, you will work closely with our leading Director in Charge and broader Industrial & Logistics team to drive business success and position our people as experts.
This role is integral in enhancing the profile of our Sydney South business through the coordination and creation of industry-leading bid submissions to help the team succeed and retain their position as market leaders.

Responsibilities:

THE CORE TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Produce and design major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics, and visual imagery.
  • Manage and prioritize numerous, multi-layered projects in accordance with deadlines, whilst effectively communicating progress back to the Director in Charge and clients.
  • Assist with business development activities including ongoing team marketing, public relations, and client engagement events.
  • Prepare various sales and marketing collateral, including copywriting, formatting, managing approvals, arranging printing and distribution to greater team.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots, including negotiating rates, scheduling filming on site, writing scripts, gathering relevant feedback and approvals, and pushing final output on relevant platforms.
    Qualifications

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Extensive experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of formatting and design.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
