Marketing and Interior Design Administrator

Ready to kickstart your career? In this role, you’ll support our Marketing and Interior Design teams on a broad range of tasks. This includes assisting with general administration, maintaining our interior design and marketing materials libraries and storage, assisting with Home Store, Model Home and signage installations, producing reports, and ensuring our marketing and sales environments look their best.
Your friends may call you ‘particular’, but you know your love of detail and high standards are what makes your work stand out above the rest. You appreciate data and analytics as much as you have a passion for creativity. If you don’t know how something works, you’ll figure it out quickly. You’re a team player, the type who takes an all-hands-on deck approach and is genuinely excited to see the team succeed.
This role is based in our Vancouver office and requires regular driving to projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

Who You Are
Your post-secondary education includes a focus in design or marketing, and you are keen to learn and grow. You have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
You have an eye for great design. You sweat the details, care about your work, and want to be proud of the projects you contribute to. You are creative and determined to make things better.
You know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) and have strong research skills. Bonus points if you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
You get things done. You are organized, proactive, and make time to build great relationships.
Finally, you have excellent communication skills. You are mature, have a positive outlook, and see possibilities and opportunities.
