The LCCOS family comprises 3 museums and allied object collections, 14 libraries, the UCL Student Centre, Special Collections facilities, multiple additional learning spaces, the Bloomsbury Theatre and a substantial off-site storage facility. We also provide comprehensive services to healthcare staff through our partnerships with 6 NHS Trusts. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates who in particular have the following experience and skills:
- Experience of designing promotional materials and signage for a variety of digital and physical channels.
- Proven photography and videography experience.
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and written English to publication standard e.g. contributing to written content for digital channels and publications.

Responsibilities:
The role holder supports the delivery of marketing and communications activity, particularly using visual media, to equip LCCOS colleagues to communicate effectively about their services, programmes and events. They design, create and commission promotional material (including signs, guides, photos, videos and animations), for print and electronic delivery, across multiple channels. They work closely with the Senior Communications Officer and Head of LCCOS Communications, relevant colleagues within the department, and other communications practitioners within UCL, to help deliver the LCCOS communications strategy and support the department’s users.
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.
This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.
