BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills:

  • Enrolled in a qualifying university CO-OP program
  • This role requires a good understanding of marketing principles
  • Reliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
  • English proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Specific training in marketing would be an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree, enrolled in a MBA CO-OP program
  • Experience in Canva or other design software would be an asset
  • Experience in PowerBI
    An 8 month contract, however there is flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking an energetic, career-minded intern with a passion for learning more about pharmaceutical marketing to support our specialty care marketing team. If that sounds like you, we invite you to apply to this exciting role.
As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will be supporting the brand marketing efforts as well as participating in the development of market insights, CRM tools and conference planning. It is a unique and fantastic learning opportunity in the world of brand pharmaceutical marketing.

DETAILS (YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES):

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following…

  • Brand Marketing Support: Support the execution of key brand marketing priorities
  • Market Research: Assist in the development of market research and insight generating activities
  • CRM support: Support the maintenance of a customer relationship management database
  • Vendor project management: Work with vendors (e.g. creative agency) to advance projects in proposed deadlines.
  • Conference Assistance: Assist with customer conferences to ensure smooth execution.
  • Other duties as assigned: Getting promotional material ready for customers, packing and assembling customer packages.
