Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an executive appointment for a strong individual to take control of the marketing & sales of our residential off the plan and completed stock including land lots, houses, townhouses and apartments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns for each project
  • Build and manage multi-channel sales teams
  • Promote our brands to the Real Estate market
  • Manage and mentor the Sales team
  • Maximise sales
