Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented individual to join us as Marketing and Training Intern.
You will be responsible for supporting daily activities of Marketing Department that includes:
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing of effective CRM campaigns for different tiers of customer base across concepts, to monitor and analyse the effectiveness.
- Assist in active lookout on competitors’ online & offline activities, trending news and ideas.
- Assist in creating social branding content on our channels, including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.
- Track the performance of social media engagements to increase our followers and improve engagement rates.
- Coordinate with social media influencers and managing deliverables and timelines.
You will also be responsible for providing various tasks and support to Training Team’s daily activities which includes:
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of internal and external training
- Track and assign training e-learning modules
- Maintain and update accurate records of training activities, attendance and evaluations
- Provide logistical support for training sessions including room setup, equipment and material preparation
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to streamline training administration and enhance efficiency
Other duties/projects as assigned by Managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates with Marketing/Communication Studies background are welcome to apply
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive working attitude with high initiative and self-motivation mindset
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Tech savvy, interest in training tools and technology
- Able to commit 3-6 months of internship
