We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic B2B EMEA Marketing team in a highly competitive EdTech industry..
You will join an incredibly motivated team looking to make sure our products are first and foremost in the hearts and minds of educators across EMEA. This includes marketing our world-class online programs used in schools, covering mathematics, reading, writing and assessment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an optimistic go-getter who is a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Essential Skills:
• Degree in marketing, a related field, or CIM qualification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Desired Skills:
• Experience in marketing or a related field (a plus, but not mandatory)
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Data-driven approach to work

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in achieving our strategic goals of driving growth and retention across the EMEA region. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Content creation: Assisting with the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that meet the high standards required in EdTech content.
• Email marketing: Assisting with the creation, testing and scheduling of a variety of email marketing campaigns.
• Event support: Assisting with the marketing and promotion of events, including pre-event registration, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up and ensuring our brand is represented effectively.
• Social media management: Scheduling and publishing content on various social media platforms, engaging with followers, and monitoring online brand mentions to keep our various product brands top of mind
• Marketing research: Assisting with market research activities, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform and adapt our strategies.
• Project management: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events to help ensure projects executed efficiently.
• Administrative tasks: Providing administrative support to the Marketing team that is essential to running a dynamic and efficient marketing strategy, including managing databases, and maintaining marketing materials.
