QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in B2B Food & Beverage marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing abilities.
  • Creative thinker with ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Analytical with ability to interpret data insights and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Continuous learner with ability to proactively seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and easily flex with changing priorities and working across a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PMicrosoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus.
  • Video editing experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Team to execute marketing and communication goals for both Batory Foods and Batory Sweetener Solutions.
  • Assist Trade Marketing Manager to execute national tradeshows seamlessly and develop and implement a cohesive regional tradeshow program.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and target demographics.
  • Keep organized records of marketing assets and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities in food and beverage landscape.
  • Manage all aspects of the company store for sellers including tracking/reporting inventory levels and approving requests.
  • Support marketing team members to create engaging marketing campaigns including social media, email, experiential and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research and optimization of website content.
  • Help maintain and update the company website with fresh content, images, and product information.
  • Stay updated on marketing industry trends, best practices, and new marketing tools.
  • Support Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager.
  • Analyze digital data to provide insights into customer preferences and behavior.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
  • Support SMARTPOSIUM™ efforts.
  • Support Lead Generation Specialist weekly and serve as the main backup.
  • Participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance marketing skills.
  • Other duties assigned by marketing team.
