THE GOAL

Driving KellyDeli’s Sushi Daily and Happy Tokyo brands forward through inspirational and effective marketing and digital acquisition.
The Marketing Assistant will support the team on the development of the core Kelly Deli brands across our marketing channels, through best in class campaign and content creation and implementation. This position plays a crucial role in helping drive the overall online strategy forward and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, with a focus on our rewards programme Sushi Daily Club. You will be passionate about the effectiveness of marketing and inspire continuous improvement within the team and partners through competitor reviews and campaign analysis.

ABOUT US:

KellyDeli is a fast-growing and very innovative food retail and restaurant company that was founded in 2010. One of its brand concepts, Sushi Daily, is the European leader for fully-serviced sushi bars. It currently operates over 100 kiosks in 13 countries.
The unique concept features outlets in grocery stores, supermarkets and airports with live Sushi Artisans performing their art in front of customers, delivering a differentiated customer experience and top-quality sushi.

Responsibilities:

Support on the development of content for Global social media channels and websites
Support on the development on 360 marketing campaigns including content creation, photoshoot management and development of marketing materials
Support on the optimisation and growth of Click & Collect and Rewards programmes in core markets, including:
Content creation for Sushi Daily Club app
Creation & implementation of email marketing programmes
Supporting local teams to implement and optimise
Creation of insights & reports for business improvement
Partnering with Digital, Business Insights and local teams to understand activity impact, analysing impact on sales and creating reports for continuous improvement
Deliver internal comms and updates on marketing campaign results, competitor news and industry trends
To support the whole marketing team across brand, campaigns, digital, insights and team development initiatives
