Cavendish Farms is seeking an Associate to join our dynamic team and play a key role in social media management, marketing campaign coordination, and content creation. As an Associate at Cavendish Farms, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Campaign and Content Manager and our entire marketing team to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing national mass marketing campaigns for our Retail Canadian brand and our Global Foodservice division.

Work Location: Cavendish Farms Head office - 100 Midland Drive, Dieppe, NB, Canada. Cavendish Farms currently offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Support in the development of social strategy. Assist with developing, monitoring and proofreading copy for social posts and website content. Coordinate meetings and photoshoots for social content. Oversee the community management on social channels.
  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assist the Campaign and Content Manager in development and execution of marketing content (i.e. creative briefs, assets creation, photography and video production, media, etc.) for marketing campaigns
  • Content Creation: Coordinate information management with various internal teams to gather content to share on the website or social media. Create copy and/or accurately consolidate copy for marketing materials and assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for invoicing, shipping and receiving, updating content in content management systems, review analytics and create reports on key performance metrics.

Successful Candidate will Possess the Following Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or business-relating experience.
  • A post-secondary education in a related field
  • Ability to develop and execute creative briefs
  • Experience with assisting with or managing social channels
  • Ability to develop and execute project plans
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills & the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as we as a strong team player
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office software
