Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 5 years’ experience in team support and marketing/sales coordination from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Have experience with HCP sales interactions in a Nordic setting.
- Have experience with approval processes complying with the ENLI code of practice.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Worked in an agile matrix organization is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (and Danish)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of team processes, including the approval of promotional materials
- Management of marketing material logistics and governance for material reviews
- Support in planning and implementing educational, promotional, and sponsorship meetings
- Finance support, including creating purchase orders and budget/OPEX control
