Description:

- Demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to build effective relationships with a broad range of people. Effective listening skills are also paramount.
- Ability to relate to people on all levels by quickly establishing rapport.
- Proven ability to effectively manage time to ensure marketing deadlines and business needs are met.
- Must demonstrate a high level of PC literacy, including experience across social platforms. An exposure to HTML and database marketing would be advantageous.
- Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to identify potential problems and devise and implement strategies to resolve the problem.
- Demonstrated ability to accommodate and adapt to changing needs of the business in a highly pressured working environment. Also demonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Have a passion for the entertainment, the music industry and a can do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing services support across all areas of the business
- Working closely with the wider Marketing Services team, help develop and implement marketing plans to drive ticket sales for Australia’s music events
- Handle and oversee key aspects of significant announcements effectively - this may entail being available at unconventional hours.
- Paid social campaign execution and performance management for Australian events
- Produce paid social reports – this includes retrieving post campaign results, analysis and recommendations for all genres.
- Help coordinate the development of best in class performance marketing applications to enhance Client campaigns – this includes optimal targeting, timing & platform usage
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends that can be utilized in regular performance marketing applications
- Help build performance marketing briefs, insertion orders & invoicing based on client requirements
- Create all eDM’s required for Marketing purposes including MYTM presales, ticket offers, newsletters, consolidated venue sends and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain and update all music campaign landing pages
- Maintain the scheduling of the Ticketmaster AU website and update accordingly
- Maintain the filing and storage of all marketing assets submitted for Ticketmaster events
- Liaise with Client Mangers to ensure assets, copy and ticket links are provided according to the shared marketing calendar
- Oversee the approval process for marketing emails and ensure the shared calendar is updated
- Support all Client Marketing Managers where required
- Support any new or existing business initiatives where required
