As Beamex is on a growth path, we are looking for a growth-minded marketing professional to join our marketing operations team on a maternity leave basis.
This role is designed for a professional who excels in using marketing automation tools to craft, execute, and personalize marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing lead nurturing, boosting customer engagement, and elevating the overall efficiency of our marketing initiatives.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in establishing streamlined processes, delivering comprehensive training to the team, and ensuring that our marketing activities are compliant with the latest industry standards and regulations. Your approach will be integral to our marketing success, maintaining quality and strict adherence to policies.
Our Marketing team
As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will be joining the larger collective of the global marketing department at Beamex, which is composed of 15 dedicated marketing professionals. In this role, you will engage in collaborative efforts with fellow team members across various departments to drive our marketing initiatives forward.
Being part of the Beamex global Marketing team, occasional international business travel is required. Your direct report will be to the Marketing Operations Manager, who will guide your contributions to our overarching marketing objectives.

What we expect

• Our ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree in Marketing or a related field. We are seeking someone who is articulate, with excellent communication skills in English.
• With at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation or a related role, you should have a solid understanding of marketing strategies, planning, and execution. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, specifically Marketing Automation Software, and experience in CRM systems is essential.
• You are known for your proactive nature, maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Your ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting is crucial. The capacity to work both independently and as a vibrant team member is equally important. This role requires strong time management skills to meet the dynamic needs of our marketing endeavors.
