The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for effective project and/or product management to support global marketing’s strategy and tactics, including providing direction to internal partners and/or external agencies, management of project timelines, project measurement, and tactical execution
  • Administering Marketo, ensuring affiliate access, education, utilization and support
  • Working with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional emails, leveraging valuable product data to give users key insights into their account, driving user engagement and understanding of the product, service or order
  • Supporting affiliate marketing campaigns; testing and analyzing workflow; and identifying tactics for improvement
  • Operationalizing marketing automation programs to support demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, retention, etc.
  • Facilitating tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed
  • Serving as strategic partner to affiliate marketing organizations, partnering to provide solutions that meet business objectives
