As a vital member of our team, you’ll own, manage and create customer journeys for the Mindgram registered app and platform users (engagement, retention, NOT acquisition). You will be responsible for user segmentation, and workflows implementation (based on scoring and user behaviors) to deliver relevant communication (through email, push, and in-app notifications) to each specific user segment.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and setting up customer journeys in User.com to enable onboarding, engagement, and retention of the Mindgram platform/app users through email marketing, push notifications and in-app communication.
- Configuration and customization of users segments and workflows in User.com to adjust the communication based on users’ behaviors.
- Mapping and implementing the logic of communication to the users after they registered on the platform (with User.com and Mixpanel).
- Optimizing and running A/B tests on existing campaigns for Mindgram platform/app users.
- Creating and maintaining the workflows, segmentation & scoring documentation of the Mindgram platform users database.
- Owning and maintaining the users database quality and hygiene.
- Data analysis and identification of new opportunities for further growth, delivering actionable insights from your area (risk and patterns reporting).
- Presenting results and competitive benchmarking to other team members.
- Cooperating with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Content, and Clinical Care teams to introduce new campaigns and solutions for end users.
- Strong cooperation with Backend team to develop & improve an existing integrations and specific mail sequences.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing automation for a digital platform/app users (preferably in B2B2C SaaS, but B2C e-Comm and subscription-based products are fine, too!)
- Experience with marketing automation of emails, push, and in-app notifications
- Fluency in User.com (but Intercom, Hubspot, Salesmanago, Zapier are fine, too!)
- Languages: Polish at least C1, English at least B2.
- HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Experience in writing dynamic content in CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills helpful in user segmentation (developing logic, mapping customer journeys, and workflows set up to implement relevant communication to the specific users segment).
- Experience in running and analyzing A/B tests.
- Data analysis skills - comfortable with databases and building reports.
- Previous experience in Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Extreme detail-orientation and ability to understand data with a lot of variables.
