As the Brand Marketing Manager at Propvue Group, you will elevate our brand’s identity across a national franchise network of 180+ offices (Belle Property brands and Hockingstuart).
This dynamic role involves managing property, agent, office, and event marketing, listing presentation collateral, merchandise, brand campaigns, and guidelines. You will shape and execute our brand vision and strategy, ensuring the brand and franchisees thrive in a competitive market, and serve as the gatekeeper of brand guidelines and logo applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field
  • Preferred: Real estate industry experience
  • Team management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and equity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present creative ideas to senior management and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead to onboard new marketing and brand suppliers for the franchise network
  • Manage the onboarding process for marketing collateral for new offices, including new template setup
  • Manage internal and external graphic designers to develop and optimise brand and marketing materials
  • Maintain relationships with national printing, merchandise, and brand suppliers to ensure quality and brand consistency
  • Ensure franchisees use on-brand materials and educate them on brand standards as needed
  • Work with the Brand Marketing Lead to create new brand marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the setup of new templates in the marketing automation system
  • Ensure compliance of brand marketing collateral with state regulations
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to report on marketing usage and inform new initiatives
  • Build relationships with franchisees to gather feedback on marketing needs
