- Increase visibility through open communication with multiple company segments, each market, and support the Executive Vice President, Director of Marketing, Project Managers/Sales Team Members, and other staff as needed
- Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with co-workers, existing customers, and potential clients
- Prepare monthly business development plans and attend monthly meetings with Marketing Director to discuss marketing plans, tasks, progress, various initiatives, and ideas critical to the success and growth of the company, and maintain motivation and teamwork
- Help research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
- Research prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales process, and qualify leads from campaigns
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Strong collaborative marketing with the Sales Team to promote company growth
- Attend industry events company-wide
- Give presentations at company-sponsored events as well as client offices
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe suite
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through ongoing communication, office/job site visits, business lunches and office lunches
- Maximize relationships by attending networking events/meetings
- Make consistent contact visits to potential customers
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Practice excellent planning and organizational skills, including time management
- Maintain confidential information
- Maintain our Sales Driver Dashboard and CRM Database
- Provide support necessary to maintain and illustrate a positive company image
- Be current with social media trends and help manage company social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets
- Assist with Internal marketing campaigns with direction from the Director of Marketing
