The Role
As a Business Development Manager at Helio, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency. Here are the key responsibilities: Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai market. • Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients. • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions based on our services. • Use a consultative solution-based sales approach to close deals. Client Relationship Management: • Manage existing client accounts and anticipate their communication needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Understand client objectives and align our services to meet their goals. • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Marketing Strategy Development: • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies. • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility. • Leverage your knowledge of the industry and market trends to drive results. • Prepare marketing presentations and collateral materials.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: • Fluency in English is essential. • Proficiency in one of the following languages is required: Arabic, Russian, or Chinese. Experience and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in business development, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends. • Knowledge of Dubai’s business landscape and market dynamics.
