This person will be responsible for collaborating with a diverse group of marketing leaders in the business unit and across the Marketing Centers of Excellence (COE), such as digital marketing and brand & content, and external agency partners to connect strategy to execution. Through collaboration, the team will build and manage multiple campaign plans, make recommendations on go-to-market approach and tactics, ensure campaign elements meet timeline, stay on budget and are tracked successfully.
This role will also be responsible for defining our e-commerce strategy and driving significant growth through the e-commerce channel. E-commerce has been identified as a significant growth lever for the Supply business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8-10 years of integrated marketing experience
  • Exceptional people and communication skills, creativity and team leadership
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and execution in a complex (matrix) business environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics and the ability to apply them to campaigns
  • A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high performance environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar
  • Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Measure and compile regular reports of report on the effectiveness of all marketing executions
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Competitive analysis and monitoring
  • Develop our e-commerce strategy and drive successful implementation
  • Continuously improve our customer segmentation through research and new learnings
  • Manage tranesupply.com together with our Digital Marketing team
  • Lead Customer Journey mapping and improvements to drive a great experience for out customers across all marketing related touchpoints
  • New Customer Programs, incl. growth rebate programs
  • Cultivate strong relationships within marketing, customer experience, product management, sales, partners, and other areas of the organization
