Responsibilities:

  • Annual Planning and Strategy Development: Create and oversee the annual plan for demand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Delbridge GTM strategy.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates marketing campaigns, product launches, evergreen content, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to define campaign messaging, target markets, buying personas, and behaviours.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and execution of demand marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Develop clear measurement plans and KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Routinely report on performance results, optimization strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Own the planning and management of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources
