As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and deliver marketing programmes across EMEA and other markets. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with senior leaders to create and manage marketing campaigns based on market opportunities and firm priorities. This role will report into and work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in the team. There is an option to be based in Frankfurt or Munich.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be digitally savvy with experience in external marketing and communications. This role is a fit for a results-focused individual with project management skills and a passion for delivering effective, multi-channel campaigns on time and on budget. Candidate should have strong experience in the following:

  • B2B marketing with exposure to professional services (legal, accounting or consulting background an advantage)
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global services organization
  • Digital advertising, SEO, organic social, email and website management
  • End-to end campaign management involving multiple senior stakeholders
  • Communicating to a variety of audiences and influencing decision making and problem solving
  • Working with third-party agencies to scope and deliver the necessary deliverables to support campaigns and related activities
  • Fluency in English and German is essential

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across EMEA and beyond
  • Devise and deliver end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a digital focus, using data-driven insights
  • Manage multiple senior stakeholders, building consensus and operating as a trusted adviser for marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with A&M’s network of PR and design agencies to support campaign execution and enhance the firm’s reputation and brand
  • Conduct analytics reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust plans accordingly
  • Help build the global A&M brand through a consistent approach and messaging with all marketing and communications materials
