Description:

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop, execute and manage marketing campaigns from inception to delivery. This is will require liaising closely with the HMSPC to determine the appropriate approach to deliver the Consumer franchises campaign requirements
  • Drive & execute the creative process across advertising and PR to differentiate the Consumer franchises products and services
  • Management of our PR agency and delivery of tactical and strategic campaigns across the Consumer franchise
  • Manage all internal sign off processes for marketing campaigns including compliance approval and record keeping
  • Manage the relationship with our digital agency, working with the digital marketing team to develop, implement, track and optimise SEO, digital PR, programmatic and email marketing
  • Manage the development & creation of Consumer franchises content for the website and social channels and optimise conversion opportunities where possible
  • Manage reporting for all Consumer franchise campaigns, including SEO and social media. This will require you to work closely with the relevant teams within group marketing and our agencies to analyse reporting for key insights to enhance and increase the performance of our activities
  • Support the internal communications team where necessary to deliver internal communications on Consumer franchise marketing campaigns
  • Co-manage customer review channels such as TrustPilot and execute associated activities in conjunction with the digital marketing team
  • Execute all campaign related email activity through Dotdigital or other email marketing tools and provide reporting & insights post campaign

Content Creation

  • Create various types of content utilising key audience insights and trends to support engagement with our customers, colleagues and partners.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure content is accurate and relevant to our audience and our brand
  • Review and implement content from key stakeholders and marketing agencies including obtaining the required approvals and ensuring correct tone of voice and brand guidelines are met.

Risk Management / Controls and Compliance

  • Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner
  • Manage the internal sign off process to ensure all marketing materials are compliant with FCA regulation

Financial

  • Day to day management of the consumer marketing budget tracker
  • Processing of all incoming supplier invoices

People / Teamwork

  • Responsible for managing and developing the Consumer Marketing Executive
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider business to understand the strategy and plans for the Consumer franchise and translate this into campaigns that deliver impactful results for the business
  • Project/campaign management, liaising with external agency partners and suppliers to ensure high quality delivery of projects on time and budget.
  • Close team-working with the other teams within Group Marketing to deliver the Consumer franchise’s marketing objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams across the Group to deliver marketing campaign activity
